GOPOSB is a Singapore based company founded by eminent scientists in Stem-cell reprogramming.

GOPOSB develops Organoids of critical areas such as A. Diabetes, B. Oncology tumor cells, C. Skin, D. Blood brain barrier and spinal organoids.

GOPOSB also, develops Drug screening methods applied for pre-clinical to phase1 drug developments.

GOPOSB addresses the early-stage issues on the high attrition rates for Drugs under formulation development stage, in fact, currently only about 5 to 7% of the aimed drugs in pre-clinical development eventually reaches to Phase 3 or approved for therapeutic usage due to non extensive evidences in pre-clinical to phase 1 stage developments.  Globally several Billions of dollars spent year on year in pre-clinical studies.

This becomes a need for developing more clinically relevant pre-clinical models to enable drug screening process for targeted therapeutic indications.
